Vacation Bible School
One of our favorite parts of the summer at Buck Run is Vacation Bible School! VBS is a week like no other for the kids of our church and community. Click below to sign your child up for a fun and exciting week as we shine a light on who Jesus really is!
Buck Run Institute: Christian Formation
At Buck Run, we believe that the first place our members should look to grow in their theological education is the local church. This is why we have invested heavily in our Adult Discipleship Classes. We also recognize that some among us have the desire, opportunity, and gifting to take a further step in theological training. To that end, we launched the Buck Run Institute in 2024.
Applications are now being accepted for the Christian Formation track that begins in August 2026.
Crossings Staff Training Lunch
On Sunday, May 24, after the 11:00 am service, Crossings will provide you and your family with a delicious lunch. Their staff will use this time to practice evangelistic storytelling that they will use to serve students this summer. The event is expected to last until 3:00 pm. Join a community group
Community Groups are a pivotal ministry in the lives of our members. It is in these groups that you can be known and cared for, and our groups meet twice a month. If you do not have a Community Group, sign up below, and a member of our staff will contact you to assist you in finding a Community Group.
Serving
Every member is encouraged to use their gifts to serve the body. Fill out the form below to express a desire to serve and a member of our staff will be in touch to help you take your next steps.
Child Dedication
Throughout the year, we set aside time in our worship services to publicly thank God for the gift of children. Parents, who are members of Buck Run, can publicly affirm their commitment to raise their children to love and obey Jesus Christ while standing accountable before the congregation, as a witness of their dedication to parenting for God’s glory. Register to participate in our upcoming Child Dedications on May 24.
